We Are Toucan was founded by stand-up comedians. Not because we wanted to be funny at work, but because comedy teaches you something most communications training never will: how to read a room.
Our founders, writers and performers come from stand-up, TV, radio and drama – environments where timing is unforgiving, attention is scarce, and you find out immediately whether something lands. There’s no hiding. You either connect, or you don’t. That instinct shapes everything we do.
